Nollywood actress Shan George has spoken against infidelity amid the ongoing marital controversy involving media personality Frank Edoho and his estranged wife, Sandra Edoho.
In a Facebook post, the actress argued that keeping malice or remaining silent during disagreements in marriage should never justify cheating.
According to her, many people withdraw during conflicts to process emotions, and such moments should be handled with patience and maturity rather than retaliation.
George stressed that infidelity remains unacceptable as long as couples are still legally married and living together. She further warned men against pursuing married women, describing such actions as morally wrong and destructive to families.
The actress also advised women unhappy in their marriages to walk away after exhausting peaceful efforts instead of engaging in extramarital affairs.
Her comments have since triggered mixed reactions online, with Nigerians debating marriage, forgiveness and accountability.
