Ace producer and music executive Don Jazzy has claimed that his former signee, Wande Coal, possesses the best vocals in the Nigerian music industry.
Don Jazzy made the remark during an interactive session with fans on X, on Wednesday.
The conversation began when a fan praised the Mavin Records founder, calling him the artist with the “best and most unique voice” in Nigeria.

While Don Jazzy acknowledged having a distinctive voice, he credited Wande Coal as superior in vocal ability. “Most unique I agree, best na Wande [Coal],” he wrote.
Wande Coal is celebrated as one of Afrobeats’ finest vocalists, inspiring a generation of artists including Wizkid, Fireboy DML, and Oxlade, who have all cited him as a major influence on their music careers.
