Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed that he spends between $200,000 and $300,000 every month on his lifestyle, excluding expenses for his wife, children, jewellery and luxury cars.
Speaking during a livestream with Davrel, the singer explained that his monthly spending varies depending on his location, noting that he spends less while in the United States because he lives a quieter life with his wife and children.
However, he said his expenses increase significantly whenever he is away due to his busy schedule and daily engagements.
Davido added that the figures he disclosed do not include household expenses or major luxury purchases such as jewellery and vehicles.
The revelation comes amid the singer’s continued display of wealth through acquisitions of high-end cars, luxury watches, properties and a private jet.
In a recent interview, he also disclosed that his greatest fear is staying in music for too long and damaging the legacy he has built.
