Nigerian content creator and streamer Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has announced plans to return to university to study Arts, citing struggles with English as a major concern.
During a viral live session with fellow streamer Enzo, Peller admitted that despite his online success, his poor command of English has affected his ability to communicate confidently.
He specifically expressed worry about interacting with international influencers such as DDG and iShowSpeed.
“I can’t see myself meeting DDG and Speed because how would I communicate with them? My English is very bad. I’m going to the university soon to study arts,” Peller said.
The decision comes after a period of public scrutiny following his breakup with colleague Jarvis.
Fans have shared mixed reactions online, with some supporting his choice to improve himself academically, while others noted the irony of him now seeking formal education after previously mocking graduates.
