Nigerian rapper CDQ has revealed how he took a life-changing decision to secure a better future for his family following his early breakthrough in the music industry.
Speaking during a conversation with Carter Efe, the rapper disclosed that he relocated his mother and siblings to Spain immediately after earning his first major income.
According to him, the move was motivated by years of shared struggles, as his family had lived with him for over seven years before his rise to fame.
“My family had been staying with me for over seven years. The moment I got my first hit and had big money, I moved my mum and siblings to Spain,” he said.
His revelation has since stirred mixed reactions online, with some praising his sense of responsibility, while others questioned the belief that relocating abroad guarantees a better life.
