A Nigerian woman has shared the strategy that has kept her marriage strong for five years, offering insights for women on patience, timing, and communication.

Speaking on social media, she revealed that one key approach is staying silent when her husband is upset or shouting, a technique she learned from her mother.

“First, when my man talk I don’t talk. If he like let him shout on me… I will not do it,” she explained.

She stressed the importance of choosing the right moment to address issues, recommending calm or positive situations, such as mealtimes, to communicate concerns effectively.

The woman also highlighted the role of tact and understanding, suggesting gestures like preparing special meals to create a conducive environment for discussion.

Advising unmarried women, she encouraged them to learn these lessons before entering serious relationships, noting that patience and careful communication are crucial for marital longevity.
