Veteran Nollywood actress Bukky Wright has shared the painful experience that pushed her into acting, revealing that her children were taken away from her when they were still very young.

Speaking during an emotional interview, the actress explained that she never joined the movie industry because of fame or popularity. According to her, acting became a way for her children to one day recognize her and know where to find her.

Bukky Wright disclosed that she married into a wealthy family that looked down on her and doubted her future. She said the family believed she would never become successful, which eventually led to her losing access to her children.
