Nollywood actor Mofe Duncan and other social media users have reacted to a viral video showing actor Uche Maduagwu allegedly being beaten by Lagos businessman Hon Mike Ndubuisi, popularly known as Mike of Lagos.
According to reports, the businessman confronted Maduagwu over claims of disrespect before the situation escalated into a physical altercation.
The video showed the actor receiving a pedicure when Mike of Lagos arrived, exchanged words with him and allegedly assaulted him before bystanders intervened.
Reacting to the footage, Mofe Duncan suggested the incident could be staged content, describing the recurring videos involving Maduagwu as becoming ridiculous.
Several social media users also questioned the authenticity of the incident, citing similar controversies involving the actor in the past.
Previous altercations with actress Funmi Bank Anthony, singer May D and actor Jim Iyke had also sparked speculation, with the Jim Iyke confrontation later confirmed by both parties as a planned promotional stunt.
