Jj Exclusive has sparked heated online debate after claiming that men hold greater value in relationships and society. According to the controversial statement, women depend on men culturally, financially, and socially, and men take pride in this dynamic.

“Men are the prize, as a man have pride because women depend their life on a man. Na them dey go wear wedding gown to pray in churches. Have you seen a man do that before?” he asked.

The remark has drawn mixed reactions. Some social media users supported the assertion as a reflection of traditional beliefs, while others criticised it as outdated and dismissive of women’s independence.

The discussion has since evolved into broader debates on gender equality, economic empowerment, and shifting societal norms, highlighting the tension between long-standing cultural expectations and modern perspectives.

Analysts note that while traditional views remain influential in some communities, evolving social dynamics increasingly challenge such narratives.
