Eight-year-old Aura V has made history at the 68th Grammy Awards, becoming the youngest individually credited Grammy winner at just 8 years and seven months.
The record-breaking win took place at the 2026 ceremony held in Los Angeles, hosted for the final time by comedian Trevor Noah.
Aura V won the Best Children’s Music Album category alongside her father, Fyütch, for their project titled Harmony.
Their album edged out other notable nominees, including Tori Amos and Mega Ran.
With this achievement, Aura V surpassed the previous record held by Blue Ivy Carter, who won her first Grammy at age nine in 2021, as well as Leah Peasall, who won at eight years and ten months in 2002.
The ceremony also saw Tyla claim Best African Music Performance for Push 2 Start, while Bad Bunny made history by winning Album of the Year with his Spanish-language project.
