A Nigerian lady has sparked intense debate online after criticising men who refuse to change unhealthy lifestyles despite being in serious relationships.
Speaking in a viral video, she referenced singer Zlatan Ibile, noting that he reportedly quit smoking and clubbing after getting married and having children.
According to her, discipline and accountability, not wealth, are the real drivers of change. She slammed men who hide behind the excuse that “no woman can change them” while continuing habits their partners complain about.
“Zlatan stopped smoking because of his wife. He started sleeping at home because of his children. But you that don’t even have money, your girlfriend has begged you and you refuse to listen,” she said.
She further warned men against comparing themselves to celebrities like Davido and Wizkid, insisting that love should inspire growth, not stubbornness.
