Singer Spyro has revealed that he enforces strict personal standards in his music career, insisting that smoking, nudity and explicit content have no place in any project he is involved in.
Speaking during a recent interview on TVC, the singer said anyone appearing in his music videos must comply with his rules, describing them as non-negotiable conditions for collaboration.
He also stated that he refuses to feature on songs containing unclean or inappropriate lyrics because they conflict with his values.
Spyro cited his collaboration with rising artiste Shoday on the song Sweet, recalling that he advised the singer to embrace Christianity after expressing concern over the song’s promotion.
According to Spyro, Shoday replied that each of them should focus on their respective paths.
Despite that response, Spyro said he remains convinced that more entertainers will eventually come to Christ, stressing that his mission in the music industry is guided by faith.
The singer, known for the hit song Who Is Your Guy, maintained that his convictions continue to shape every aspect of his career.
