Renowned Nigerian clergyman David Ibiyeomie has shared a striking personal testimony on how faith and sacrifice transformed his family’s financial story.Speaking during a sermon, the founder of Salvation Ministries recounted a 1997 experience when his monthly salary stood at just ₦5,000. At the time, his wife needed money for food, but he said he felt divinely instructed to give the entire amount as an offering.
Despite initial doubts, he obeyed. According to him, within an hour, a woman arrived at their home with ₦25,000 and essential food items, claiming she had been directed to do so.
He added that the act triggered greater breakthroughs, including a ₦1 million gift and a job opportunity in Abuja.
Ibiyeomie stressed that faith-driven obedience unlocks divine provision, warning that hesitation can interrupt what he described as a “chain reaction” of miracles in believers’ lives.
