Popular businessman and nightlife entrepreneur, Obinna Iyiegbu, widely known as Obi Cubana, is set to receive two chieftaincy titles from traditional institutions in Anambra State.
The billionaire announced the development on social media, describing it as a moment of honour and gratitude.
According to him, the first title was conferred by the Enugwu-Ukwu na Umunri Kingdom during a ceremony held at his residence on January 3, 2026.
He disclosed that a second honour will follow on January 9, when his hometown, the Oba Kingdom, bestows on him the title Okpataozueora 1 n’Oba.
Obi Cubana said preparations were already underway, with traditional regalia delivered ahead of the ceremonies.
He noted that the celebrations would reflect the cultural importance of the honours.
The events are expected to attract traditional rulers, business leaders, entertainers, and well-wishers, as the philanthropist marks what many describe as a rare double recognition from his roots.
