The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has again reviewed the ex-gantry price of its premium motor spirit (petrol), announcing a fresh reduction to N699 per litre.
Sources within the refinery confirmed that the new rate represents a N129 decrease from the previous ex-depot price of N828 per litre.

“The refinery has adjusted its petrol price downward to N699 per litre,” one of the sources disclosed.
This latest cut is the 20th price adjustment made by the refinery this year, and it comes just weeks before the Yuletide season, when fuel demand typically rises.
The reduction also aligns with recent price movements in the wider downstream market.
Over the past three weeks, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and several fuel marketers have implemented at least two rounds of price cuts, bringing retail pump prices in Abuja to between N915 and N937 per litre.
