The development was disclosed on Friday by activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, in a brief statement shared on his official Facebook page.
According to him, Blord was admitted to bail by the Federal High Court in Abuja on self-recognizance, but was ordered to surrender his international passport as part of the conditions attached to his release.
“Bail has been granted to Linus Williams, popularly known as @mrblordofficial BLORD, on self-recognizance. The court, however, ordered that he deposit his international passport as part of the bail conditions,” he wrote.
