Actor Yomi Gold hospitalised in Morocco

Nollywood actor Yomi Gold has been hospitalised in Marrakech, Morocco, after suffering a sudden and severe headache that reportedly left him unconscious.

The 45 year old actor, known for films such as Compromise and My Regret, shared a video on social media showing the moment he was wheeled into a hospital for emergency treatment.

In the video, Yomi Gold recounted that the headache escalated rapidly, prompting fears for his life.

He credited God’s mercy and the swift intervention of Marrakech emergency medical services for stabilising his condition.

The actor thanked fans and colleagues for their prayers and messages of support, urging the public not to take their health or loved ones for granted.

Several Nollywood figures, including Iyabo Ojo and Baba Tee, sent goodwill messages, while fans flooded social media with prayers for his recovery.
