Street-pop singer Portable and actor Charles Okocha will renew their celebrity boxing rivalry on July 31 at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, in a rematch tagged “Unfinished Business.”
Balmoral Promotions announced the bout on Instagram, describing it as a night where four fighters, including Agbaje and Musa, will settle scores in the ring.
The rematch follows Portable’s recent 30-27 unanimous decision defeat to Carter Efe at Chaos in the Ring 4, ending his unbeaten record and costing him his celebrity boxing title. Before that loss, Portable had defeated both Okocha and Speed Darlington to claim two celebrity boxing belts.
The rivalry between Portable and Okocha began in 2023 after the singer accused the actor of cheating him in an alleged N40 million business deal.
Their first boxing encounter ended with Portable being declared winner after both fighters failed to continue in the fourth round, a result Okocha has consistently disputed while demanding another chance.
