Nollywood actress Nancy Isime has declared that acting is her life and not a hobby or money-making scheme after her performance in Mo Abudu’s Blood Sisters 2 sparked widespread praise.
She revealed on Instagram that she isolated herself for about a week to fully embody her character Kemi Sanya 2.0, noting that the role left her emotionally drained and unable to take on other projects for two months.
Isime said acting is not a hobby but her life, stressing that she owes it to her fans, collaborators, and creator to deliver powerful performances every time she appears on screen.
She also praised Netflix, EbonyLife Studios, and her co-stars for trusting her transformation in the blockbuster series.
She added that the overwhelming audience response has left her grateful and motivated for more roles.
