The University of Lagos, Unilag, celebrates six of its outstanding students who made it into the Bridge Fellowship program, one of Nigeria’s most competitive leadership initiatives.
Selected from a pool of over eight thousand applicants nationwide, this feat recognizes the students’ hard work as well as the Unilag’s dedication to nurturing both scholarship and leadership potential.

The six students; Oluwaseun Oludemi (Architecture), Kehinde Kadiri (Building), Ugonma Akanwa (Building), Al-Ameen Abolare (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), Treasure Adeolu (Mechanical Engineering), and Temitope Aiyebogan (Systems Engineering) who made it into the program despite the rigorous selection process will go ahead to receive leadership training, mentorship and opportunities to design projects that address real societal issues.
On behalf of the Unilag management and community, Vice chancellor Professor, Folasade Ogunsola, OON, FAS congratulated the new fellows and encouraged them to take full advantage of the opportunities the programme offers.
