Fresh rumours linking Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage to an alleged pregnancy for music producer Young Jonn have been dismissed after fact checks exposed the viral claim as misleading.
The speculation, which spread rapidly on social media, suggested that Tiwa Savage confirmed the pregnancy during an interview, allegedly tying it to her 2023 collaboration Stamina.
However, a closer review of the circulating video revealed heavy editing and deceptive captions.
Rather than addressing pregnancy rumours, the footage showed Tiwa Savage reflecting on personal challenges, public backlash in 2021, and her relationship with her son, Jamil, following her 2018 divorce from Tunji Balogun.
No reference was made to Young Jonn or any pregnancy. As the story gained traction, neither artiste issued statements to support the claim.
With no credible confirmation and no evidence in the video, fans and online observers have largely described the rumour as false and attention-seeking.
