Global music stars Shakira and Burna Boy have officially released “Dai Dai,” the anthem for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The song was announced on Friday by FIFA and the Colombian singer through social media, with the football body confirming that the track is now available on major streaming platforms worldwide.

According to FIFA, the anthem promotes unity, resilience, and global passion for football while supporting the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund. Royalties generated from the song will help provide education and football opportunities for children across the world.

The release marks Shakira’s return to the World Cup stage after her previous hit songs “Waka Waka” and “La La La.” It also makes Burna Boy the second Nigerian artist to feature on an official World Cup song after Davido’s appearance in 2022.
