A Nigerian man has sparked reactions online after revealing how his brother is being pressured to sell two plots of land he bought in 2024 for ₦1.5 million.
The story was shared by an X user, @honestarsenalF, on X.According to the post, the land was purchased from a colleague at a discounted price, although it was originally valued at ₦1.8 million.
Trouble began after the colleague was later dismissed from work following a disagreement with management.
The colleague reportedly returned to inform the buyer that another person was willing to purchase the land for ₦6 million.
Jwever, the brother declined, stating his intention to build on the property.
Suspecting the issue was linked to an outstanding ₦300,000 balance, the brother borrowed the money and attempted to pay it.
The colleague allegedly refused the payment, insisting the land be sold instead. The viral post has since gained over 250,000 views.
