Organisers of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) have warned the public against fraudulent claims demanding payment for audition participation, insisting that the process remains completely free for eligible Nigerians.
In a statement shared on X, the organisers dismissed circulating messages suggesting applicants must pay to audition, describing them as false and misleading. They urged prospective contestants to rely only on official Africa Magic and BBNaija platforms for verified information.
According to the announcement, Season 11 auditions are currently underway, with online registration open from May 16 to May 20, 2026, before closing once capacity is reached.
Physical auditions are scheduled to hold between May 22 and May 24, 2026, in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.
The organisers also advised the public to remain vigilant against scammers exploiting the show’s popularity, stressing that no payment is required at any stage of the audition process as preparations intensify for the upcoming season.
