Actress and filmmaker Chioma Ifemeludike, popularly known as IfeDike, has extended a lunch invitation to her supporters following her participation in the November 8 Anambra State governorship election.
Ifemeludike, who ran on the platform of the African Action Congress (AAC), received 292 votes across the state’s 5,718 polling units.
Despite finishing far behind the winner, Governor Chukwuma Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), who secured 422,664 votes, the actress chose to celebrate what she described as a symbolic victory.
Taking to X, Ifemeludike expressed heartfelt appreciation to those who voted for her and invited them to a celebratory lunch.

“Dear 292 Solidarity voters, when can we have lunch, wine and hug? I can’t wait. Thank you. I love you,” she wrote.
Known for her vibrant campaign style and message of grassroots empowerment, Ifemeludike’s political journey focused on community-based initiatives and social development.
She campaigned on promises to promote solar energy projects, reduce school fees, and strengthen public safety.
The actress often described herself as a “female unionist” and a passionate advocate for inclusive governance, drawing on her experience as a former AAC state chairperson.
Beyond politics, Ifemeludike is an accomplished filmmaker with over a decade of experience in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
She gained prominence through her YouTube series Corpers Heaven, inspired by her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) experience.
