A Lagos-based woman, Osarobo Odigie, has filed a lawsuit against TikToker Peller, demanding N395 million in damages over alleged defamation, cyber harassment, and invasion of privacy.

According to a pre-action letter dated March 10, 2026, the incident occurred on January 6 at a lounge in Lekki, where Odigie claimed she was verbally attacked after asking the influencer to lower his voice.

Her lawyers alleged that Peller used abusive language and later recorded the confrontation without her consent.

The video was reportedly shared across multiple social media platforms, where it went viral, exposing her to ridicule, cyberbullying, and emotional distress.

The claimant is seeking N200 million for defamation, N100 million for emotional harm, N75 million for cyberbullying, and N20 million for legal costs.

She also demands a public apology and removal of the video. Failure to comply may lead to full legal proceedings.
