A Nigerian woman has stirred widespread reactions online after openly sharing her controversial preference in choosing a life partner.

In a viral statement, she revealed that she would rather date or marry a wealthy man who cheats than a financially struggling man who remains faithful.

According to her, financial provision is a man’s primary responsibility in a relationship, and she questioned the practicality of building a union based solely on love without economic stability.

She argued that many women who support men during difficult times are often abandoned once those men become successful.

The woman further claimed that infidelity is not limited to wealthy men alone, noting that even those with little resources still engage in cheating.

For her, being with a financially secure partner offers more benefits despite potential unfaithfulness.

Her remarks have since sparked intense debate on social media, with many Nigerians divided over her stance on love, loyalty, and financial security in relationships.
