Popular social media personality, James Brown Obialor, has declared a renewed commitment to his spiritual life, saying 2026 marks a turning point for him.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, the outspoken entertainer reflected on the pressures that come with fame, noting that public attention has made him realise the need for spiritual protection and guidance.
James Brown disclosed that his decision to reconnect with the church was influenced by recurring dreams that deeply affected him and prompted self-reflection.

Alongside the message, he posted a video showing himself in a white garment church, where he was seen receiving prayers, signalling what he described as a personal spiritual reawakening.
”Since I resumed this year, my spirit has been speaking loudly through my dreams. And it reminded me of something very real: being known, being visible, being famous is not just physical it is spiritual. The whole world sees you. Lovers see you. Enemies see you. Your image travels places you don’t even know. You don’t know where your pictures have been taken to or used for. So I said to myself: this is the time. This is the right time to return fully to church, to cover myself spiritually,” he wrote.
