The Federal Government has published the list of shortlisted candidates for recruitment into the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS), and the Federal Fire Service (FFS).

The announcement was made by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) on behalf of the government.

In a public notice, the Board’s Secretary, Maj. Gen. Abdulmalik Jibril (Rtd.), advised candidates to visit the official recruitment portal, https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng, starting Thursday, October 30, 2025, to confirm their shortlisting status and check the designated centres for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).

The notice urged all shortlisted candidates to carefully note the date, venue, and time of their CBT as indicated on the portal.

Jibril also cautioned candidates to beware of fraudsters, emphasising that only information published on the CDCFIB official website is genuine.

The recruitment exercise encompasses four major paramilitary agencies under the Board’s supervision: NCS, NIS, FFS, and NSCDC.
