Afrobeats star Davido has pledged N15 million to a loyal fan identified as Abazz after the fan publicly declared that his admiration for the singer was worth more than money.
The gesture followed an online exchange on Saturday when a social media user claimed that Abazz had consistently supported Davido without receiving any financial assistance in return.
Responding to the comment, Abazz stated that his love for the singer was “greater than anything or any amount of money in this world” and reaffirmed his loyalty to the artiste.
Davido later reacted by quoting the post and instructing the fan to send his account details, promising to transfer N15 million. The singer, popularly known as “001,” has built a reputation for rewarding fans, friends and associates through public cash gifts.
The latest pledge has generated attention on social media, with many users praising the entertainer’s generosity toward his supporters.
