Sexual and reproductive health educator, Dk Dublin Frank, says that While no fruit can magically increase penis size, nutritionists say certain fruits can support male sexual health by improving blood flow and overall vascular function.
Incorporating berries, citrus fruits, watermelon, pomegranate, and avocado into the diet may help boost circulation, support testosterone levels, and enhance sperm quality, which together can positively impact sexual performance.

- Berries – Blueberries and strawberries are high in anthocyanins, a type of flavonoid that can help boost circulation and nitric oxide levels in the body.

- Watermelon – This fruit is a natural source of L-citrulline, an amino acid that helps relax blood vessels, as well as lycopene, an antioxidant that supports vascular health.
