Big Brother Naija Season 11 has named housemates Aikou and Flora as the first recipients of the season’s “The Gambit” twist, guaranteeing them places in the house until the grand finale while automatically disqualifying them from winning the ₦160 million grand prize.
The announcement was made during Sunday’s live show after viewers voted to choose one male and one female housemate for the special role.
Flora emerged with 29.38 per cent of the votes, while Aikou secured 9.10 per cent to claim the male Gambit position. Organisers later confirmed on X that both housemates would remain safe until the end of the competition but would no longer be eligible for the record-breaking cash prize.
Before the reveal, Biggie explained that The Gambit offers guaranteed longevity in the game at the cost of prize eligibility. The public vote excluded Head of House Chimsom Chuka, while the season continues with 24 housemates.
