Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has sparked reactions on social media after offering a strong prayer against individuals he accused of benefiting from Nigeria’s resources at the expense of ordinary citizens.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, the actor prayed that God would punish and withhold His grace from anyone who has taken advantage of the nation’s wealth while Nigerians continue to endure hardship and suffering.
Ninalowo’s statement comes amid growing public frustration over economic challenges, insecurity, and governance issues across the country.
His remarks add to a wave of comments from several Nigerian celebrities who have recently expressed concerns about the state of the nation.
Actress Iheme Nancy earlier criticised supporters of President Bola Tinubu’s potential 2027 re-election bid, while actress Yvonne Jegede also condemned those backing the administration.
Other entertainers, including Davido, Jide Awobona, Dayo Amusa and Israel DMW, have similarly weighed in on national issues, urging Nigerians to reflect on leadership, accountability and the country’s future.
