Bloody Civilian revealed she has no plans to get married yet while speaking on the Not Just On podcast, saying her career as an artiste has reshaped her worldview and shifted values she was raised with.
The 26-year-old singer, Emoseh Khamofu, said some conventional expectations from her Northern family no longer appeal to her as she navigates life in the entertainment industry.
She added that her family continues to raise the issue of marriage, despite her clear stance that it is not something she is thinking about or excited by.
She said being an artiste has influenced how she sees her environment and the family values she grew up with.
She made the remarks during the podcast episode where she discussed balancing cultural expectations and personal ambition in music.
The singer also noted that she is focused on her career growth and not on settling down for now at present
