“We’re Ready to Protest” — Tinubu’s Daughter Rejects Lagos APC Primary Results

President Bola Tinubu’s daughter and Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, has threatened a protest over the outcome of the All Progressives Congress primaries held in Lagos State ahead of the 2027 elections.

Speaking during a meeting with market leaders and stakeholders in Alausa, Ikeja, Tinubu-Ojo alleged that the primary process was manipulated in favour of the party’s Justice Forum bloc.

She specifically questioned the announced results for Mushin Federal Constituency 2, Agege Constituency 2, and Ojokoro.

“We are ready to protest because we know they won this election,” she declared while defending candidates she claimed legitimately emerged victorious during the exercise.

Tinubu-Ojo further warned that unresolved grievances and growing factional divisions between the Justice Forum and Mandate Group could weaken party unity before the next general elections.

She urged APC leaders to urgently review the disputed results and ensure fairness, inclusion, and transparency within the party structure across Lagos State.
