Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has responded to her estranged husband, Bobby Maris, with a pointed social media post amid their ongoing marital dispute.
Sharing a gangster-themed photo on Instagram, Ogbodo declared she would be “wearing my main chick crown forever,” a statement widely seen as a reaction to Bobby’s earlier remark that the “crown of wife” does not suit every woman.
The exchange comes shortly after Ogbodo confirmed their separation, saying she was tired after giving him eight years of her life.
The couple had fuelled speculation by unfollowing each other online before the actress announced the split.
The situation also follows a leaked audio in which Ogbodo questioned her husband’s explanation about work and finances, while her sister publicly accused him of contributing little to the family.
Ogbodo and Bobby were traditionally married in 2023 and share two children.
