Music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has expressed optimism about Nigeria’s progress, stating that the country has improved compared to previous years despite ongoing challenges.
Speaking in an interview with Wazobia TV, the veteran artiste acknowledged existing socio-economic and political difficulties but maintained that measurable development has taken place over time.
2Baba also spoke about his limited involvement in politics, noting that he has previously supported campaigns in a neutral capacity and intends to continue contributing to national development in his own way.
He described himself as a self-appointed ambassador of Nigeria, adding that his role is to promote the country positively both locally and internationally.
The singer emphasised that his commitment to Nigeria remains unwavering, stating that he will continue to use his platform to influence positive change.
