Nollywood actress Onyi Alex has expressed gratitude to God after undergoing a successful surgery, describing the experience as a life-changing journey that strengthened her faith and gave her a renewed appreciation for life.
Sharing a video from her hospital bed, the actress said her healing process has reminded her that God’s faithfulness leaves a deeper mark than pain, adding that every scar represents survival, grace, hope and a second chance.
She thanked everyone who prayed for her, visited, called, sent messages and encouraged her throughout the difficult period, saying they became part of her testimony.
Onyi also appreciated colleagues including Ebube Nwagbo, Rukky Sandra and Baba Rex for standing by her during her recovery. She concluded by giving all the glory to God while praying for those who supported her.
However, the actress did not disclose the nature of the surgery or the medical condition that led to it.
