Nollywood actress Blessing Obasi has opened up about the harsh online trolling she endured after marrying her younger colleague, Stan Nze, revealing that critics mocked her appearance and questioned their relationship.
Speaking in a recent interview, the actress said she was heavily criticised during her first wedding anniversary, with trolls attacking her dentition and urging her to stop laughing in public.
She also recalled that when Stan Nze first shared her photo online, many claimed she looked 10 years older than him and insisted their relationship was merely a movie because they could not believe he had married her.
According to Obasi, her husband was also affected after comments he made during an interview were allegedly twisted on social media.
Despite the criticism, she said she refused to let online opinions define her marriage. Obasi maintained that she has remained focused on her family and continues to move forward despite persistent social media attacks.
