Nigerian social media activist VeryDarkMan has criticised relationship therapist Blessing CEO over inconsistencies surrounding her health claims.
Blessing CEO had earlier stated online that she was battling stage four cancer, prompting public sympathy and financial support.
However, during an Instagram Live session with Daddy Freeze, she clarified that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer but could not confirm the stage of the illness.
She also admitted to possibly exaggerating certain details while seeking funds for treatment.
Reacting, VeryDarkMan said the lack of clarity could mislead donors, revealing that he personally contributed money.
He warned that if the claims were found to be false, it could amount to a serious offence. He further stated that he may demand a refund, intensifying reactions across social media platforms.
