Nigerian singer Chike has reacted to the ongoing brouhaha surrounding his alleged connection with Sandra Edoho, the former wife of media personality Frank Edoho.
The singer, who has been under intense criticism over the rumour, shared a brief message on X while pleading with Nigerians amid the backlash.
“Pity my soul!” he wrote.
Recall that the saga escalated after an alleged leaked audio conversation involving Sandra and a man believed to be Chike surfaced online.
In the recording, Sandra allegedly spoke about challenges in her marriage and claims that Frank Edoho suspected a relationship between them.
Sandra later responded publicly through a series of social media posts, where she accused Frank Edoho of repeated infidelity and emotional abuse during their marriage.
She alleged that he had relationships with several women and claimed their marriage had long been troubled before their separation.
