Media personality Daddy Freeze has claimed that Nollywood actors and celebrities, not billionaires, were responsible for the fake dollars allegedly sprayed on content creator Peller during his traditional wedding.
Speaking during a live session, Daddy Freeze reacted to Peller’s earlier claim that some of the foreign currency sprayed at the event turned out to be counterfeit.
He argued that wealthy businessmen would not engage in such an act, insisting the fake dollars likely came from people trying to project wealth.
Daddy Freeze specifically mentioned businessman Cubana Chief Priest as an example of the type of billionaire he believes would not spray counterfeit currency.
He also disclosed that he no longer associates with many celebrities because, according to him, most of them are fake.
The media personality further defended businessman Mr Ochacho’s reported ₦400 million gift to Peller, describing it as an investment. His comments have since generated mixed reactions across social media.
