“We Fetch Water From A Well And Can’t Pay School Fees” — Mr Ibu’s Family Cries Out For Help

The family of late Nollywood actor Mr Ibu has made an emotional appeal for support as they revealed the difficult living conditions they have faced since his death.

Speaking in an interview with influencer King Mitchy, the actor’s widow, Stella Marris, disclosed that the family can no longer afford basic necessities, including house rent and school fees, forcing them to fetch water from a well and live without electricity for two months.

According to her, the family now depends on finding places outside their home to charge their phones as financial pressure continues to mount.

Mr Ibu’s daughter also expressed gratitude to their mother for sustaining the household despite the hardship and appealed to members of the entertainment industry to support them.

The late actor died in March 2024 after suffering cardiac arrest and was buried in Enugu State.
