Nidal Mofid Karameh, a Lebanese-Nigerian businessman and founder of Mikano International Limited, has been linked to a high-profile narcotics seizure on the Greek island of Mykonos, according to emerging reports.
Sources including Global Fraud Watch alleged that a luxury yacht named “Hallo,” reportedly connected to Karameh, was raided by Greek police during an anti-narcotics operation that led to the arrest of two suspects and the seizure of suspected illegal drugs.
Greek authorities have not officially confirmed Karameh’s direct involvement or ownership of the vessel.Karameh is widely known in Nigeria as the owner of Orca Mall in Eko Atlantic and head of Mikano, a conglomerate involved in power, steel, and real estate.
A source told SaharaReporters the raid forms part of intensified police operations targeting cocaine, MDMA, and ketamine trafficking networks operating in Mykonos, including foreign nationals and compromised officers in the tourist destination in recent weeks as investigations continue.
