Veteran Nollywood actor Hanks Anuku has shared an emotional testimony after undergoing what he described as a life-changing deliverance, expressing gratitude to God for transforming his life and giving him a fresh sense of peace.
Speaking during a session with Smogim Ministries, the actor said he arrived feeling burdened, heavy and unlike himself but left feeling lighter, happier and renewed.
Hanks also thanked those who supported him during his difficult moments, saying God used people to reach out to him and lead him to his deliverance.
In a separate video, he appealed for forgiveness from anyone he may have offended, referencing past viral clips that showed him allegedly sleeping or staggering in public.
The actor, who previously denied reports about his mental health before later admitting he had faced personal struggles and financial hardship, said he is grateful for God’s mercy and the positive change he has experienced following the spiritual encounter.
