A chance visit to a barbing salon has transformed the life of a young barber after Nigerian businessman and philanthropist Daniel Omoyibo, popularly known as Danmotech, gifted him ₦5 million to establish his own business.
According to a video shared by Nigerian Stories, the businessman met the barber, identified as Suleyman from Kogi State, after leaving another barber over a disagreement on the cost of a haircut.
Suring their conversation, Suleyman revealed he worked for the salon owner and estimated he would need between ₦2 million and ₦3 million to open his own shop.
Moved by his ambition, Danmotech immediately pledged ₦5 million and advised him to remain respectful to his employer before starting his own venture.
The transfer was confirmed on the spot, leaving the barber visibly emotional as onlookers celebrated the gesture.
The video has since attracted widespread praise on X, with many users describing the donation as a meaningful example of empowerment.
