Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced August 11 as the date for the exclusive live premiere of his forthcoming album, Oriade, at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London.
The singer made the announcement in a post on his X account, inviting fans to attend what he described as the first and only opportunity to experience the album performed live before its official release.
Davido had earlier confirmed that Oriade, his sixth studio album, will be released on July 31. According to the singer, the 13-track project, led by the single I Know Who I Be featuring South African producers Jazzwrld and GL Ceejay, celebrates his 15 years in music.
He said the album marks a deliberate return to his original high-energy African sound rather than heavily pop-focused crossovers. Oriade, derived from the Yoruba words for destiny and crown, follows his 2025 Billboard chart hit album 5ive.
