Five Round of 16 fixtures have been confirmed at the 2026 FIFA World Cup as the knockout stage begins to take shape following the conclusion of more Round of 32 matches.
Half of the 10 African teams that qualified for the tournament have already been eliminated, while no Asian nation remains in contention.
However, all three co-host countries are still alive in the competition. The first Round of 16 clash will see Canada take on Morocco on Saturday, July 4, with Paraguay also facing France later the same day for a place in the quarter-finals.
On Sunday, July 5, Brazil will battle Norway in another highly anticipated fixture.
Mexico are scheduled to face England in the early hours of Monday, while the United States will take on Belgium on Tuesday after the Europeans narrowly defeated Senegal in the Round of 32 to secure qualification for the last 16.
