Music executive and Mavin Records boss Don Jazzy has shared personal details about his past struggles with self-confidence, revealing how his university experiences shaped his outlook on relationships.

Speaking in an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the producer disclosed that he faced frequent ridicule from female classmates during his school years.

“Girls used to call me ugly in university and no one wanted to be my girlfriend,” he said, noting that the experience significantly affected his self-esteem.

According to him, the impact has lingered into adulthood, contributing to his reserved nature and difficulty trusting romantic expressions.

He added that despite his fame and success, he still finds it challenging to believe when women express genuine love for him.

His revelation has sparked conversations online about confidence, emotional scars, and the long-term effects of past experiences.
