Wunmi, widow of late Afrobeats singer Mohbad, has spoken out amid the ongoing paternity dispute involving her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba, over the DNA test of her son, Liam.
During a recent TikTok livestream, she addressed the controversy, insisting she remains unfazed by the public pressure and legal tensions surrounding the matter.
She stated that she is open to a DNA test but accused her father-in-law of delaying the process, claiming she had initially requested it while maintaining silence amid rumours.
She also referenced a court order allegedly directing an apology, warning that failure to comply could prolong the dispute.Wunmi further said she remains committed to protecting her son Liam, stressing that no one has authority over him.
She added that family disputes should be handled lawfully, noting that she will continue to pursue clarity while urging respect for court processes as tensions continue between both sides she insisted.
